Customer Support Manager



Job Description



Diennea - MagNews is an innovative, well-established company operating nationally and internationally in Digital Marketing and implementation of multi-channel technology solutions for communication, and is seeking a CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER.


You will work in the Digital Marketing Solutions Department and will report directly to the Chief Project & Planning Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and effectively meet the requirements of all customers by the deadlines provided;
  • Develop and consolidate complete technical knowledge of all products and services daily;
  • Collaborate with other internal support teams in order to solve technical problems;
  • Maintain all ongoing cases documented and updated for record keeping (back office);
  • Maintain careful attention to process details, training and actions necessary to avoid interruptions or delays in problem detection, customer response and subsequent recoveries.


The ideal candidate has a Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and has had at least one year experience as an Analyst Programmer.

You must have knowledge of Java, J2EE, C #, C ++, .NET, SQL.

You are accurate and pay attention to details, you thrive in a team atmosphere, are a problem solver and determined to achieve results using the most appropriate solutions, you are well-organized and possess excellent analytical skills.
