Our screening process

Finding the “right” people, those who can contribute to the success and improvement of our corporate performance, requires considerable commitment and a careful and precise screening process.
We do not only select professional figures but we especially want to involve people in our corporate project by undertaking to ensure relations that meet both their and our actual expectations.

Are you ready for Induction?

Well begun is half done, and that is Diennea, because we consider it important to convey a positive imprinting from the very first day of our new resource. Hence, we manage the Induction phase with the utmost care.
This process is carried out in four phases. Let’s go through them one by one.

Delivery of the Welcome Kit (mug, T-shirt, gadget and stationery)

Training program presentation and discussion of preliminary objectives.

Illustration of the correct use of corporate technological devices and of the in-house communication method.

Lunch with the Manager

Corporate tour to meet colleagues, the various corporate areas and the relaxation areas
