List of Sub-Processors
This document provides the list of the Sub-Processors that Diennea S.r.l. uses in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement“) signed with the other Part (as defined in the Agreement), in order to provide the services requested and identified from time to time in the contracts signed between the Parts.
Depending on the services requested by the counterpart, Diennea shall be free to make use of one or more of the Sub-Processors listed below.
In the event of changes and/or updates to the Sub-Processors listed below, Diennea shall notify the counterpart in advance of such changes and/or updates in accordance with the terms and timing set forth in the Agreement signed with the counterpart.
